A good belly laugh fills up your body with oxygen and endorphins which help to reduce stress, boost your immune system and improve your mood.  Certified Laughter Yoga teacher Liliana de Leo guides us through this well being workout.  No yoga experience or equipment necessary - just come ready to laugh and have fun!
