This February Healthy McGill is challenging you to a #SelfCareChallenge.
Are you up for it?
For 15 days from February 10 - 24 there are five challenges to choose from every day; do one, two, or even all five, and then show us or tell them about it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram using the hashtag #SelfCareChallenge.
Self care consists of actions and attitudes which contribute to the maintenance of well-being and personal health that promote human development. It's about intentionally and unintentionally engaging in thoughts and actions that have positive and affirming impacts on our mind, body and spirit.
Prizes for those that do at least three challenges include: a six-class Bootcamp Montreal pack, jump ropes, one day Naada yoga passes, liquor-filled chocolates, David's Tea sample packs, bubble bath supplies, Shag Shop gifts, destress kits, & gift cards.
