Aging is often associated with the development of one or more chronic diseases, but it doesn't have to be that way. Eating well and selecting the appropriate foods is key to reducing the risk of developing chronic health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension or osteoporosis. Mireille Moreau, graduate student, School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition, will provide tips and tricks on how to defy aging with diet.
