Pull back the curtain on the mysteries of negotiation: this unique seminar organized by the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution and delivered by three McGill Law alumni will equip you with the practical techniques to succeed at negotiations in both work and life.

RSVP, space is limited! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1KWl0K65co7HgBq3I1rmSGaSxDCApa3GyuFiRLNIsquE/viewform?c=0&w=1

This seminar comprises three scenes. During each scene, you will watch the presenters act out the roles of parties to a simulated commercial real estate negotiation while learning the do's and don'ts for each stage of any negotiation process. You will also have the chance to ask questions about the principles introduced. While commercial real estate provides background for the simulation, the techniques you will be taught apply to all negotiations. If you're interested in learning how to advocate for yourself or others, this is the workshop for you!

This seminar is accredited by a recognized provider for 1.5 hours of continuing legal education.
