Get ahead of the Game! (for med1 and 2)

Dear Med1 and Med2 students,

The WELL Office Career Advisor will be hosting a repeat of the “Values Auction” that took place on October 4th.  (Note for Med2s: please accept our apologies for the confusion and cancellation of the October 6th date).

The purpose of this Values Auction workshop is to introduce the concept of self-assessment and its importance in career planning, as well as to encourage you to take a deeper look into what indeed you do value most as you grow into your professional selves.

With $5000 cash to spend, you can try to outbid your classmates and friends for everything you could ever want in a career!

Where: room 210-211

When: Tuesday November 8, 15:30-16:30 pm

Format: The Auction itself will take about 35-40 minutes. Q&A as needed for the remainder of the hour.

Roles: some of you may get to act as small-group auctioneers, if we are a large group; if we are a small group I wil be the auctioneer.
