Film screening: Cuando Todo Sucedió

The documentary "Cuando Todo Sucedió" (When Everything Happened) unearths memories of a forgotten war that took place during Fujimori's regime. It explores the work of Peru's Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the plight of the war's victims, and the indifference of the Peruvian state to their call for justice. The film is in Spanish with English subtitles.

Director and producer Marco Luna will lead a trilingual discussion afterwards.

Snacks and refreshments will be served. A presentation of the Spanish Language Initiative of the Faculty of Law.
