This is the First annual Trottier Symposium on Sustainable Engineering, Energy and Design. A joint symposium offered through a partnership between the Trottier Institute for Sustainability in Engineering and Design (TISED) at McGill University and the Institut de l'énergie Trottier (IET) at Polytechnique Montréal, this year’s topic is "Engineering our prosperity: sustainable cities and industries in the 21st century". Leading experts will discuss the sustainable production of manufactured goods and consumption of resources and share roadmaps to achieve sustainable energy and materials flows in cities and in industrial systems within a global context and within our political, economic, environmental and social setting.

Open to the public. Free admission.
