Dr. Roger Kneebone Lecture - "New Directions in Simulation-Based Research" - McGill Medical Simulation Centre

On Thursday, September 18th, the third annual Flanders Family Visiting Professor in Medical Simulation will take place, featuring Senior Lecturer in Surgical Education, Dr. Roger Kneebone, of Imperial College London, UK.

Dr. Kneebone will present three lectures on simulation throughout the course of the day. The main lecture, entitled, "Patient-Focused Simulations and Learner-Centred Feedback in Procedural and Operative Skills", will begin at 7:30am in the Sir William Osler Amphitheatre, at the Montreal General Hospital, 6th Floor Cedar Entrance, A6.105.

The second lecture, entitled, "Realism and Fidelity in Simulation", will take place at 9:00am at the Centre for Medical Education, Lady Meredith House in the Conference Room.

The final lecture, entitled, "New Directions in Simulation-Based Research", will begin at 2:00pm at the McGill Medical Simulation Centre.
