Wilson Chacko Jacob, History Dept, Concordia. Prof. Jacob obtained a PhD from New York University in 2005 (History and Middle East and Islamic Studies) and a BS (Foreign Service) and MA (Arab Studies) from Georgetown University. His dissertation is entitled "Working Out Egypt: Masculinity and Subject Formation between Colonial Modernity and Nationalism, 1870-1940."
