Dr. Candy Schwartz, Graduate School of Library and Information Science, Simmons College, Boston. From her perspective as an educator and an early adopter, Dr. Schwartz will look at what has changed (and what has not) in library services and users, with special attention to the activities and tools of what is sometimes called "Library 2.0," and explore what this has meant for library and information science education.
