Synchronized dynamics of populations of rotators

Abstract:

I will present a model of noisy rotators in mean field interaction, and will describe synchronization phenomena for large populations. We will in particular see that the noise can generate (with the interaction) regular non-trivial dynamics (periodic synchronized waves).
