Chair Yoga!

If you work at a desk all day, this form of yoga can be a great pick-me up and tension reliever! If, every few hours, you take a few minutes to do some chair yoga poses and focus on your breathing, your mind and body will stay alert and flexible. Lena Stuart, McGill Athletics & Recreation, will demonstrate a series of rejuvenating yoga exercises you can do while sitting at your desk.  Come give it a try!
