CEBEM: A Forum on Knowledge Partnerships in Latin America

José Blanes the executive director of CEBEM who will discuss the different facets of the Centro Boliviano de Estudios Multidisciplinarios. CEBEM promotes North-South and South-South partnerships, networking, online professional training, and project development. The Centre encourages collaboration in areas such as democracy, regional and urban development, environmental management, and virtual education. CEBEM focuses on impact studies of state policies in order to asses how they change traditional and modern economy, the composition of civil society, and social, indigenous and union practices.
