McGill alumni from the New York area are hitting the sands for what we like to call the Summer Beach Olympics. Teams of McGill grads will square off against squads from local ski clubs in some good-natured competitions. Games include volleyball, horseshoes, tug-of-war and others too silly to explain here.
If you don’t feel like channeling your inner David Hasselhoff, you can always just sit back and enjoy the scenery. Catch some rays, walk along the boardwalk or take a dip in the warm August water – it’s up to you. Be sure to pack your towel, swimsuit, sunscreen and sense of humour. See you on the beach!
