Alumni Association of New York presents "New York Cares Day"

On Saturday, October 17, join McGill Alumni and over 8,000 fellow New Yorkers in giving time and energy to paint a brighter future for New York City public school students. Volunteers will paint murals and classrooms, tidy playgrounds, organize school libraries, plant flowers and perform other vital tasks to create great learning environments for students. New York Cares Day is an important fundraiser for New York Cares, the city's leading volunteer organization.

This event presents a great opportunity to do both important volunteer service and networking. A happy hour will be arranged for the afternoon so volunteers can interact in a more relaxed social setting. Interested alumni should register at www.newyorkcaresday.org as soon as possible.
