Yale looks forward to welcoming members of the Columbia, Harvard, U-Penn, Wharton, Cornell, Stanford, Kellogg, Brandeis, McGill, Oxford, Barnard, Princeton and MIT Clubs as well as other music lovers.
The program combines several musical styles and ensembles for an
evening of diverse musical entertainment.
Steven Timoner returns to the stage with a mixture of popular songs
and Jewish tradition.
Cellists Louis Rowan and Raz Cohn again join pianist Ashok
Chandrasekhar and several other musicians to present chamber music
by Beethoven, Schumann and Shubert.
Princetonian Dan Feigelson joins the ensembles for a movement of
the Brahms horn trio, as well as a rarely-heard Mozart duo for horn
and cello.
There will even be offerings of jazz and klezmer to round out the
musical possibilities.
