The 2016 Québec-Maine Number Theory Conference will take place at Université Laval, Québec City, on October 8-9. This year's conference is dedicated to Prof. David Dummit on the occasion of his retirement and to Prof. Kumar Murty on the occasion of his 60th birthday. We invite mathematicians working in all areas of Number Theory and related subjects to participate and give talks at the conference.
