***YEAR END FUND TYPE AND ORG CHANGES***

Dear Colleagues,

In anticipation of our year-end procedures and to ensure an efficient closing process, please refrain from processing the following changes effective February 7^th, 2023until June 4^th, 2023:

1. Fund type changes
   1. Fund type changes affect the budget carry forward roll
2. Org code changes on 1A and 1B Fund types and 9A (Capital Grants) with a predecessor of 9001
   1. Org code changes also affect the budget carry forward roll
3. Closure of funds during the above mentioned period
