Professor Trocmé at the Special Commission on Children's Rights and Youth Protection

On December 10th, Professor Trocmé presented child protection research and recommendations to the Special Commission on Children's Rights and Youth Protection. He argued for a more flexible approach in collaboration with professionals and community agencies with better access to specialized services.
