New Salary Account Codes

Good day,

Effective Fiscal 2022, the following new account codes have been added:

1. Account code 600033_ MCLIU Teaching Appointments payments. This new account code includes only earnings paid for MCLIU staff and was created to simplify the process to identify the earnings paid as such.
2. Account code 600034_Royalty Payments which are now grouped within non-academic payments and would only be used for external and internal royalty payments.
3. Account code 600185_Workday Default Account Code. This new account code is used to capture payroll transactions where Workday is not able to derive an appropriate account code. This account code will be reconciled with the assistance of Shared Services. More information will be provided at a later date.
