Media Spotlight: Maria Ezcurra

Maria Ezcurra, founder of the McGill Art Hive Initiative and Art Instructor, was presented Wednesday with the Visual Arts Diversity Award for 2019 by the Conseil des arts de Montréal. The award recognizes originality and diversity in the Montreal visual arts scene. Maria creates a committed art that evokes the memory, the gender, the feminine condition, the history, the culture, the migration and social norms. For the full details from La Presse, click here.
