McGill Education's Associate Dean of Research and Innovation and ECP James McGill Professor, Nancy Heath, was in the news this week discussing how public gathering restrictions and increased isolation during COVID-19 is affecting the mental health of university students and CEGEP students.

Dr. Heath is co-author on a study that was published in Canadian Psychology last month where 800 University of Toronto students were surveyed about their mental health in May 2019, pre-COVID, and again in May 2020 while in the first wave of the pandemic.
