Karolina Roman appointed digital content editor
The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Montreal studies (CIRM is pleased to announce the appointment of its new digital Content Editor Karolina Roman, a PhD student at McGill. After working for three years as an editorial assistant on the Digital Notebooks, a unique series of bilingual publications disseminating the research activities of the Centre’s members to Montreal communities. This year marks the publication of the tenth issue of the Notebooks, a golden opportunity to rethink the formats and scope of our digital publications.
Also, in the fall of 2023, Digital Notebooks will switch from their current format on Issuu to a new platform. This transition will make it easier to access articles and interviews published, while highlighting the particularly dynamic and multimedia character of the Notebooks. The migration to a native digital format will also improve the accessibility for screen readers, allowing universal access to the bilingual content of the Notebooks.
The centre and its entire team encourage her for her new role!
