Introducing our newest Global Experts

The Desautels Faculty of Management welcomes Darshan Jain (MBA’88) and Harsha Rajamani (BCom’06) as its latest Desautels Global Experts.

Mr. Darshan Jain is currently Head of Technology & Operations at The Burnie Group where he leads consulting teams that help clients adopt best practice workforce management and automation technologies such as Operations Excellence, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain.  Prior to this, he was Vice President at Active Operations Management, and Director of the Analytics Practice within the Advisory Services Group at Experia. In addition to an MBA from McGill University, Mr. Jain holds a Certificate in International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a BSc from the University of Toronto. Mr. Darshan currently resides in Toronto.

Mr. Harsha Rajamani is currently a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Commodities Division, where he specializes in investing and lending to companies in the commodity sector. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked in the investment banking division and at a private investment firm specializing in the natural resources sector. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, he holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of London. Mr. Rajamani currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
