Dr. Joanne Liu, who recently joined the McGill School of Population and Global Health (SPGH) is among the experts quoted by a Nature piece covering the release of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response report in May 2021. Dr. Liu is also a member of the Panel.
