FAMIS access now on containment site as of June 15, 2022

As of June Wednesday, June 15, 2022 McGill's Facilities and Space Maintenance System, FAMIS will only be accessible through a remote connection to a secure "containment" environment. This is necessary because FAMIS only runs in Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Look for the new link to access FAMIS on the Facilities website and find detailed instructions on logging in and using FAMIS in the IT Knowledge Base.

Limited access to authorized groups and users

Unfortunately, due to licensing limitations, not all faculty and staff can be granted access to the FAMIS containment site. Those who do not have access to FAMIS may submit service requests for Work Orders directly to Facilities Management and Ancillary Services via email or phone; see https://www.mcgill.ca/facilities/contact
