Dr. Steven Shaw interviewed by CBC Radio: "How to get your kid to go to bed...and actually sleep"

Professor Steven R. Shaw, of our Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology (ECP), spoke to CBC Radio's All In A Weekendhosted by Sonali Karnick, earlier this week. The topic was "How to get your kid to go to bed...and actually sleep," and the interview was presented in conjunction with ECP's Effective Parenting public lecture series, ongoing until May 3rd, 2018. Dr. Shaw will be speaking this evening on the topic "Improving sleep: A guaranteed method for improving school achievement and behaviour for children (and their parents)". 

Steven Shaw is associate professor in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology at McGill University in Montreal, and Director of the Resilience, Pediatric Psychology, & Neurogenetic Connections Lab.
