"Canada wants to learn French, it just needs the teachers," reported CJAD's James Foster today. Larissa Girvan, who studies Kindergarten and Elementary Education with our Department of Integrated Studies in Education, and Fiona Benson, our Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Programs with the Office of Internships and Student Affairs (ISA), were cited by CJAD.

McGill's Faculty of Education offers the B.Ed. Kindergarten/Elementary Pédagogie de l'Immersion Française (PIF) major, and, for graduate students, the Certificat d’études supérieures en pédagogie de l’immersion française, designed to meet the needs of students who wish to teach in French immersion contexts.
