Business schools must adapt to empower future-ready students

COVID-19 has permanently altered the way the world does business. Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou, Dean of the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, believes that business schools have a responsibility to empower students to thrive in this altered world.
Business schools have long relied on the case study method to drive student learning. According to Dean Bajeux-Besnainou, a shift to more experiential and skills-based learning will better equip students to tackle new challenges and make their mark in their communities.
