Association of McGill Professors of Science

Following a petition filed on February 27, 2026, by the Association of McGill Professors of Science to certify the bargaining unit comprising “all academic staff working in the Faculty of Science of McGill University, except academic staff already covered by a collective agreement,” the Tribunal administratif du Travail, Quebec’s body responsible for overseeing unionization, issued a decision on April 8, 2026, confirming that these positions are unionized and represented by the Association.
