Folk wisdom goes "Work First, Play Later." In this workshop, we will show why, in reality, it would be similar to "Play More to Work Better." Rather than focusing on the commonly known biochemical benefits such as endorphin release during play, we offer a change in perspective of how we view and approach leisure.
