For Feb.17, due to the storm, McGill teaching and work must be done remotely. Classes that cannot be done remotely will be cancelled. Labs and evaluations will be rescheduled, as appropriate. Only the McLennan Library is open for study (see hours). All other libraries are closed for the day.


Pour le 17 février, en raison de la tempête, l'enseignement et le travail à McGill doivent être effectués à distance. Les cours qui ne peuvent être effectués à distance seront annulés. Les laboratoires et les évaluations seront reportés, en fonction des besoins. Seule la bibliothèque McLennan est ouverte pour l'étude (voir horaires). Toutes les autres bibliothèques sont fermées pour la journée.

Winter 2026 deadline to web withdraw/University withdraw...

Deadline to web withdraw from courses (grade of "W") or University withdraw (grade of "W--") from Winter 2026 courses (with no fee refund) for students in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science (including B.A.&Sc.).

This date is also the deadline to remove the Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory (S/U) grading option from a course section.

NOTE: No withdrawals from Education Intensive courses or from ensembles or practical instruction in Music. Education students should consult the following website (http://www.mcgill.ca/isa/) for add/drop dates for Student Teaching placements. Please be aware that Field Experience courses follow a different schedule for add/drop and withdrawals.
