From surviving to thriving: Resilience in grad school
Why does this matter? Why isn’t this working? This peer-led webinar tackles common questions that come up during the roller-coaster experience of graduate school. During this 2-hour interactive workshop, participants will describe factors that lead to stress in their graduate experience, identify reframing strategies for emotional resilience, and develop a plan to apply reframing strategies to their graduate experience.
