Spring 2021 Virtual Convocation for the Faculty of Law

Friday, June 11, 2021 12:00to13:00

McGill Ceremony with the Principal and guests (noon-12:30) on YouTube: https://youtu.be/D-yLOdqgFxA
Law Ceremony, with teaching awards, Dean's send off, and Valedictorians (12:30-13:00) on Zoom: https://mcgill.zoom.us/j/86839486711

Graduation is an important milestone in a student's life, and while there’s no replacement for crossing the stage in person, McGill will celebrate this occasion by celebrating all of our graduates’ accomplishments. There will be a 30 minute video with music, brief speeches, as well as graduate names and a photo montage.

We want to bring a little McGill to you, wherever you are in the world. For gifs and stickers to help you celebrate, just search McGillGrad on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. There's also have an AR (augmented reality) filter with a mortarboard available on the McGill U Instagram profile, and a Facebook profile photo frame to help you show your McGill pride.

Share your Virtual Convocation moments with the rest of the McGill community by using #McGillGrad and #McGill200, and tag @McGillAlumni in your posts.

The videos will be available for viewing afterwards to accommodate students in different time zones and those who are otherwise unable to watch the video during its release. Family and friends of graduating students, as well as any other members of the McGill community, will also be able to view the videos both at their premiere times and afterwards.

More information, including where and how to access the videos, will be made available soon by McGill University. In the meantime, visit
