About the instructor:
I'm back at McGill to study South Asian traditions and language after a careerin healthcare. Introduced to yoga at age twelve, I am happy to be diving deeper into my practices and studies. I love that yoga is for Every Body! I have been guiding hatha yoga and meditation since 2010.
