Spiritual Side of Yoga Session 1: Introduction
Join MORSL in exploring the spiritual side of yoga. Happening 6:00 -7:00 PM on Wednesdays for a total of 8 weeks (excluding reading week), this class is informative, soothing and meditative, and suited for every body and all levels. Every session includes learning spiritual concepts from yogic traditions and plenty of time to put them into practice on the mat. This first class serves as an introduction to spiritual yoga.
Registration is required for each session. This program is eligible for recognition on your co-curricular record.
