Skills for Assertiveness
Do you find yourself saying yes to requests that you should really say no to? Do you have difficulty accepting constructive criticism? Do you have problems asking for what you want? Come and learn how to be assertive!
Note that this is a two- session workshop. Please plan on attending both sessions Tuesday, February 7 & 14.

Online Event Instructions
You will receive the invitation to the online meeting via MS Teams 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop.
