Self-compassion is an inner resource that nurtures our holistic wellbeing and expands our capacity to care for others without burning out. This webinar will define the core elements of self-compassion and how to apply it to support health and healing. In particular, the webinar will discuss the relevance of self-compassion in healthcare and provide brief exercises that can be integrated into work and daily activities to enhance resilience. Participants will develop a personal self-compassion practice through building upon current resources and incorporating new skills.
