Queer Sexual Health Workshop

Queer Sexual Health Workshop

The Peer Health Ambassadors have come up with a brand-new Queer Sexual Health workshop!

Do you have questions and doubts about your own sexual health, but want to have this discussion in a private, confidential and queer-safe place?

You will have the opportunity of engaging in healthy discussions about the identity spectrum and know how diverse it can be! We will talk about the stigma that might affect queer people sexuality and how to overcome it, but also know more about STIs and how to protect yourself from them.

“How can I practice safer sex as a queer person?”, “Can I share my sex toys between partners?”, “How can I talk to my partner about my gender during sex?”, “Can I get pregnant if I’m on testosterone?”

These and other more questions will be answered on this 2SLGBTQIA+ workshop which will be facilitated by members of the queer community of our Peer Health Ambassador`s team! Come discuss everything your sex education class forgot to tell you about how to engage in consensual sex as a queer or trans person.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

All Wellness Hub events are made available only to McGill students who have registered. To keep our virtual space safe, please do not allow any other person to access your registration information. By choosing to participate, you consent that your name (or preferred name), image and voice may be shared with other participants.
