Project Management: Engaging Project Stakeholders

This is a one-off workshop, but we highly recommend attending our two-part Plan Your Thesis workshop before attending this one.
High performing project managers are effective communicators. Throughout the project life cycle, they leverage project presentations as a call to action, mobilizing stakeholders towards common goals.
This one-hour seminar will address project presentations as strategic vehicles for initiating stakeholder dialogue, strengthening relationships, and increasing buy-in to achieve positive project outcomes.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the critical purpose of presentations throughout the project life cycle
- Identify the main components of a typical project presentation
- Identify how project presentations change throughout the project life cycle
- Learn how to keep stakeholders actively engaged both during and after your project presentations
- Discover how high performers distinguish themselves throughout project presentations
This online workshop is a LIVE and unrecorded event.
