Peer Support Circle @ Macdonald Campus

The Peer Support Centre is launching a drop-in Peer Support Circle for Macdonald Campus students on Friday, March 29th. As students gear up for final exams, Faculty and Staff are encouraged to refer any students to the group. Undergraduate, graduate and FMT are all welcome to attend.

Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss ongoing stressors (e.g., academic, interpersonal problems, mental health, etc.). The focus of the group will be on de-stress techniques and sharing tools and resources for coping.

The group will meet on Fridays, 11h30 – 13h30:
