Open House 2018 at the Library

The Library is looking forward to welcoming prospective McGill University students on Sunday, October 21! We are offering a range of activities, from branch tours to drop-in visits to our world-class collections. 

Branch tours

Branch tours will be offered ongoing from 10:00am to 4:00pm. No need to register in advance.

To join a tour, please visit the desks at the following branches:

• Humanities and Social Sciences Library
• Marvin Duchow Music Library
• Nahum Gelber Law Library
• Schulich Library of Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, and Engineering

Drop-In: Visual Arts Collection Visible Storage Gallery | 1:00-3:00pm

• A wonderful opportunity to see wide-ranging artworks in the McGill collection up close.

4th floor, McLennan Library Building

Drop-In: Rare Books and Special Collections, Osler Library of the History of Medicine Collections and McGill University Archives | 1:00-3:00pm

• Gems from these historic collections on view, with explanations provided by Librarians who are specialists in the field.
