Come learn strategies that will help you leverage your strengths and build the courage to ask for what you want!

 

By attending this workshop, students will be able to:

 

  1. Define negotiation and understand factors influencing negotiations.
  2. Understand the benefits of negotiating and develop strategies to prepare for the process
  3. Learn simple tools that can improve negotiation outcomes

Niem Huynh, Ph.D., PPCC, Professional and Personal Life Coach

Bio: Inquirer. Coach. Risk-taker (calculated). Niem is an educator and geographer by training and applies those skills to her role at Concordia University. Niem's diverse professional experience working in different positions within the university and non-profit sectors has ignited her interest in how people navigate their career paths. Her newest adventure is co-creating life solutions with clients, as a Professional and Personal Life Coach.
