Target Audience: Intended for staff who are required to create financial, student, or employee reports - that are not available on Minerva.
Prerequisites: Basic computing experience. Crystal Reports software must already be (or is scheduled to be) installed on your computer at work. We have a limited number of licences at McGill and they are all currently in use. It is not worth registering for the course if you do not have access to the software.

This workshop features hands-on training and covers:
- Querying a database
- Organizing data
- Formatting a report
- Modifying the report
- Creating mailing labels
- Exporting reports
