Remote learning (and living!) takes a toll on our bodies as well as our minds. Join the Student Wellness Hub for a new group movement class starting Thursday, November 12, to connect with your body and alleviate stress by channeling it into movement. Combining dynamic and static stretching with body weight exercises that can be done with no equipment and very little space, Movement for Balance, is designed to target the tension areas caused by virtual learning. This class is led by our Kinesiology intern and Peer Health Ambassador team. No prior experience needed! 

Thursdays 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
