Dr. Chelsia Gillis is an Assistant Professor in the School of Human Nutrition at McGill University, where she is also an Associate Member in Anesthesia and Surgery. As a Registered Dietitian and Epidemiologist, her research focuses on prehabilitation, Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), malnutrition, and patient engagement.
