MAUT Council Meeting - Hybrid

MAUT Council Meetings are open to all Full Members, Associate Members and Retired Members (in good-standing), unless Council votes to close a meeting because of confidentiality of some matter before Council.  Association Members who attend Council Meetings as guests may be recognized with voice by the President, but do not have a vote.
