Musicians Performance and Wellbeing | Webinar Series

This webinar series explores ways to support physical and mental performance, and affect culture change in orchestras. This is an initiative of the Musicians Performance and Wellbeing Network led by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic with collaborators Help Musicians, the Applied Performance Sciences Hub at the Schulich School of Music, McGill University, University of Liverpool, British Association for Performing Arts Medicine, Royal Northern College of Music, Liverpool John Moores University, and the Till Project.

Leading culture change for health and wellbeing in orchestras is the third and last webinar of the Musicians Performance and Wellbeing series. We will share perspectives from around the world on how professional orchestras have been embarking on the process of organizational development, with a focus on creating environments that actively support performance optimisation and musicians’ health and wellbeing. We will discuss barriers and challenges in process of organizational change as well as experienced gains for organizations and individual musicians.
