Motivating and inspiring others towards professional achievement is a crucial leadership skill. This workshop is designed based on empirical research to help participants improve their leadership skills in this area. In particular, the participants will learn about motivation and how to motivate and inspire others by communicating a vision, setting goals, and providing feedback effectively.



Learning Objectives:


At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define different sources of individual work motivations
  • Describe how to communicate a vision
  • Apply effective goal-setting techniques
  • Utilize effective feedback and reward and recognition strategies
