Leadership Series: Leading Teams for Success

Given increasing globalization, technological change, and task complexity, the use of teams has become a token part of the work environment. This workshop is designed to aid graduate students learn core strategies to successfully lead teams using an evidence-based approach.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify team performance determinants;
• Identify how leaders influence team performance determinants;
• Identify effective strategies to manage group norms;
• Apply effective strategies to manage team conflict.
